All orders are expected to be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Paediatric Play Store® utilise the Australia Post E Parcel system. Once the product has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking details.

Should an item be out of stock this item will be dispatched as soon as it is received. If you feel that delivery is taking too long, contact us and we can give you the information regarding the expected delivery date as supplied by Australia Post.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Please follow the instructions below:
• Notify us within 5 working days by email HelloStore@paediatricplay.com.au
You will then be asked to do the following:
• You will be sent a RETURNS/EXCHANGE form which will need to be filled in and returned.
• All goods that are being returned for a refund or exchange need to be in their original packaging and unused. We will not accept used or opened packages for a refund, exchange or change of mind.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will exchange it for you at no cost.
Please follow the instructions below :
• Notify us within 5 working days by email HelloStore@paediatricplay.com.au
You will then be asked to do the following:
• You will be sent a FAULTY form which will need to be filled in and returned.
• You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item.

NDIS ORDERS

We are happy to process NDIS and Plan Management orders, however we do not offer refunds but can offer exchanges to the same value. This applies to orders paid with NDIS funds. Please consult with your OT or therapist regarding what is suitable for the person intended. We will offer replacement for items that arrive damaged or are faulty.
